Description:
Responsibilities:
Provides end users support for desktop, network and printer issues
Installation, set up and monthly maintenance desktop systems, printers, network equipment
Installation and support of specialized Mac software
Track and document IT equipment, processes and procedures
Complying with all Company and departmental policies and procedures
Assist with Network and Server maintenance and technical/user issues
Qualifications:
Technical diploma – preferred
Experience with both Apple and Windows operating systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Minimum of two years experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the following is essential:
FTP (setups and user configurations)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, security technologies, etc)
OSX Leopard, Tiger, Panther operating environment
Ability to work Independently within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are dependable, flexible, have sound judgment, and have a highly ethical and professional attitude.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills
