Vanities are BRAND NEW, have NEVER been and are easily installed. Vanities bases do not need to be secured to the wall. Installation of the bowl and counter, secures the base. Sets are extremely heavy. Sets DO NOT come with either bowl or faucet.
24 inch comes with bottom drawer, black granite counter top, granite splash - $500
Measurements of the 24 inch are as follows: 24 inches wide x 22.5 inches deep (23 with granite counter) x 31 to 33 inches high (height can be adjusted).
30 inch comes with bottom drawer, black granite counter top, granite splash and matching mirror - $600. This set is still in its original packaging.
