Great location. If you don't speak English fluently, don't apply please (impossible to communication effectively). We have 1 dog and 2 cats, all well behaved. You must NOT smoke, keep things clean, be easy to talk to and get along with others. Our home is your home. Respect is highly important towards all occupants. Parking available in driveway. If interested, write me a page or so about yourself (your goals, your age (etc.), where you're from, length of stay, likes and dislikes, if you've ever shared accomodations before, etc. to terry464646@yahoo.ca and include a picture. Room is available immediately.
Understand, that all that you need to bring with you is some clothes and a tooth brush, soap and shampoo. Towels, sheets, dishes, pots, etc. are all at your disposal. You buy and cook your own food, all else is provided. Some places charge $500-$550. for an empty room in an empty basement. This is a lovely well equiped home, you are getting your money's worth.... if you're the right respectful, decent person.
