The rent is $300/person (shared room), or $500/person (for a single room), all utilities included. Free internet will also be provided.The house is close to UTSC, Centennial College (Science campus), TTCaccess and PanAm Sports centre, just 10/12 minutes of walk to the campus (a short walkway from Lampman Dr to Morningside). The location issafe, quiet and very charming, near highway 401, good for serious students, you can also save on TTC.Full time UTSC or Centennial students (asian females chinese/japanese/korean/philipine) are preferred. Pets are not allowed. 1st and last month rent are required and also need 2 references.
