Description:

POSITION: Healthscreen Solutions Inc (TSX-V:MDU.V), Canada’s fastest growing company according to the PROFIT HOT 50, is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the full time Accounts Coordinator position.

LOCATION: Downtown Toronto at the intersection of Bay and Bloor, directly above Bay subway station, steps away from Yorkville.

SALARY: $28,000 - $33,000, depending on experience

DESCRIPTION:
This job is perfect for someone who likes to perform a variety of tasks in a busy work environment. Reporting directly to the Controller, the days will be split within two functions:

Customer Service
• Answer phones, providing excellent service to both customer and supplier inquiries
• Assist with escalated calls
• Handle internal requests from the Sales department

Finance/Admin
• Data enter invoices for payment in QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly recurring invoices and reports
• Follow up with overdue accounts
• Assist the Junior Accountant with processing cheque runs
• Reconcile major supplier statements to the sub ledger and general ledger
• Work on special projects as necessary


QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Passion for sales and customer service, with demonstrated experience working in a fast paced sales and service environment
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience is an asset
• Ability to communicate well is essential – English verbal and written skills a must
• Ability to be empathetic during difficult calls
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and often competing priorities
• Detail-oriented
• MS Office skills
• QuickBooks experience an asset, but not required
• Post secondary education in a business or accounting program preferred, but not required.
