Good sized, newer Tallahassee, Fl home = 4 bdrm/3Bth...has 2 bedrooms available (only 3 people to live here). BDRM #1. pvt suite with bth and walk in closet, queen bed. $435 month. BDRM #2. pvt room, with pvt bth and full size bed $365 month.......there is a smaller 3rd bdrm than we can together decide to rent out to pay for cable tv, household necessities (toilet paper, soap, dish soap, washer detergent, etc) but, would need bedroom 2 & 3 to share a bath...so, BDRM#2 would be $325. and bdrm #3 would be $255 (twin bed). Furnished + elec, water, garbage, sewage, local calls, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware. Cable TV would be provided if 3rd bdrm was rented or if we all decided to not rent it then we would share that expense.
