Single parent with 1 young child is seeking a 1 level - 2 - 3 bedroom house in Prince Albert, am hoping to move no later then August 1st, 2008. Prefer fenced yard, walking distance to school, finished or usable basement space. Will also consider 3 bedroom main floor or apartment with balcony. Rent up to $550 is in the budget. Must be allowed to work from home as am setting up to be a small private home daycare for newborn - 5 years.
Also would like to get my child a small dog for Christmas, but if not that is ok too. Move notice will not be given until all paperwork signed and move-in date agreed upon. Please put location, rent required, and utility needs in message along with your name & phone number.
