We're looking for someone to rent our apartment from May 1st until August 31st.
The apartment is pretty big for a 3.5 and it's fully furnished (and clean). There's one big closed bedroom with a double bed, 2 set of drawers, a closet, an extra excellent quality mattress and a desk. The living room has a 27-in TV/Dvd/VCR, couch, pillows, fan, bookcases, and another desk. Kitchen is very tiny but it's fully equipped with stove,fridge, microwave and kitchen appliances such as blender, electric rice cooker, chopper, etc).
The building has an indoor swimming pool, saunas, squash court, a small gym (almost insignificant), and laundry facilities. There's also a conenience store, a hair dresser and 2 restaurants connected to the building.
It's one minute from the subway station Guy-Concordia metro (3 min to Concordia University and 15-min walking distance to McGill University), Colleges such as LaSalle College, Dawson College, and many many Language schools. Close to all amenities (there are about 3 grocery stores less than 5 min away, 3 video stores, a lot of restaurants, and if you walk for about 10 min West, you can find a Mall, Cinemas, another grocery store and a lot of other stores).
The rent is $750/mo heat, hot water, electricity included.
