I am leaving Montreal for the month of May, possibly June and July as well. I am subletting my room (which is a basement room but it's huge) and my asking price is $544. Utilities are included, and the room is fully furnished. The house is 5 min from main campus, 10 min from groceries, and 2 sec from the gym. Please email me for more information.
It is an all female grad house, so female tenants are perferred. However, if you are male and still interested, it is certainly possible to work it out.
