The Project Manager manages the company's workforce and is the company liaison with our Government customer. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the operation, protection, and security of assigned areas; training and supervision of the workforce; and managing the project to the assigned budget. The following are the minimum qualifications for the Project manager:

• Fluent in English and French;
• Completion of secondary school (or equivalent), and;
• A minimum of five years police, similar military, or local guard force management experience. Desirable qualifications include university, police academy, or technical specialist training, prior guard-force management, with at least half of guard work experience being at senior supervisory or command levels.
