I will be moving into a beautiful new apartment starting June 1 and need to find a roommate fast! Apt has a balcony with 2 doors that open right up and let a nice breeze in for those hot summer months, a fireplace with remote control...yah yah it's fake, but still better than nothing. There are a washer and dryer in the apartment, hardwood floors, it is on the top floor of 6-plex so no noise above you.
Conveniently located next to the Jean Talon Food Market, 1 min walk to the metro (De Castelnau), Jarry Park is just down the street and there are tons of restaurants and shops 1 block over on Saint Laurent.
Rent is $500, plus utilities. Preferably looking for someone to move in as of June 1st and staying long term but may consider a sublet for the summer than renting it to someone more permanent when schools start in the Fall. So if this sounds like you please contact me at abartesko@hotmail.com
