Hello my name mikel nurdeen I'm a certified trainer thru AAA/ISMA in the united states pennsylvania for 8 years I work big people skinny people athletes track and field muscle gain weight loss I'm also certified in nutrition my work out is is simple easy and affective with just 3x a week a mixture of cardio weight training and hard work I can get the body u deserve My work our schedule consist of my proven system called no plateau each week u will gain stamina muscle and loos the desire weight u wish To give a ex. Of my work out plan ( we start Monday:chest; 3 sets of 6 rep reg each push up wide push up and butterfly curl next we do tricep; 3 sets 6 rep kickback and dip dongs using the chair next we do shoulder; 3 sets 6 rep front raise side raise and dumbell press after we run 3 minutes at a steady paste. Wednesday we do bicep; bicep curl regular 3 sets 6 reps then hammer curl 3 sets 6 reps next upright rows 3 sets 6 rep next bent over rows to target rear deltoilds and back area 3 sets 6 reps then we run 4 minutes Friday we do legs: squats 3 sets 6 reps to target buttocks quad and hamstring hip lunges 3 sets 6 reps inner outter hips 3 sets 6 reps lower back 3 sets 6 reps and calves raise 3 sets 6 reps then we run 5 minutes next week we do same work out but we increase rep to 8 we run Monday 6 minutes tuesday 7 minutes Friday 8 minutes. Each week I garanteed u get stronger run longer live longer the whole is goal is to BOOST the metabolism which is done by gaining muscle thru weight training that's 1. 2. Is eating proper not going on a diet decreasing calories which destroyed probaly destroyed ur metablism in the first place or by not being on a eating schedule and 3 cardio alot of people believe that cardio is the main way to loose weight but it's not u would have run up to 2/1-2 hrs to burn 1 pound of fat So with me u get my one on one attention I will run with you up until u reach 15 minutes so you don't feel alone I travel to your home or gym n I bring the correct equitement or I have a small gym also I will educate to loosing weight and keeping it off as a reminder work out schedule plan is base on person ex.
