Both separate rooms are very well sized, the kitchen is beautiful and the living room is very well sized. Awesome wood floors, lighting, and bathroom. Very clean and well-kept. Two great balconies and big storage space in basement as well as closets in rooms and 2 other large closets inside the apt. Located in second floor of 3 story apt building. Neighbors are very respectful and nice. $780/month plus utilities( about $40-60/month in winter). Stove and fridge available for great price! Sublet from mid dec/jan - june with option of continuing. ( we will pay rent for half of dec, so the other half is free for you!)

Mon ami et moi partirons cet decembre et nous avons un appt a louer pour janvier au coin de Montcalm et Maisonneuve, au centre du village. 1 min de la station Beaudry du Metro et 10 secondes de l'autobus 15. Il y a deux chambres qui sont pres que la meme taille, la cuisin est TRES belle et la salle de sejour est belle aussi. Sol de bois pres que nouveux. Deux beux balcons et un lieu d'entreposage aussi. Les voisins son tres sympas et il n'y a pas de bruit. $780 et un peu plus pour Hydro. le fourneau et le frigo sont excellents et nous vous donnerons un bon prix! A louer de mi-decembre/janvier a juin, avec l'option de continuer. ( la moitie de decembre sera gratuit pour vous!) (merci et je suis desolee, mais mon francais n'est pas excellent!)
