For Sale : Ford Windstar 1996 GL and winter tires

Want to buy a new car, so...
Selling my old Ford Windstar 1996 GL
Details:
-Around 159000km
-Full loaded
-NEW 4 winter tires (2 months use)
-Old 4 all season tires
-Air conditioner
-New battery (bought a year ago but used only for month or two), old one also working without problems.
-Never crashed
-Front airbags
Problems:
-Small water leak over the left side driver window only when heavy rain, no problem with the snow
-The back wipe glass doesn’t work.
-Engine light turns on or blinks sometimes (garage said the engine is fine, but the sensor is not working fine)
Just the winter tires and the battery cost around $ 450 dollars.
We are asking for $ 1,450 for everything !
