i am looking for a female person to take over my lease from mid-january or febuary till the end of august. room is furnished with a bed, desk, closet, bed table, and 4 slot drawer. and a make up stand. apartment is located in the corner of parc and edouard chales which takes 5 min bus ride from milton/parc. it's a very nice house/apartment with wooden floor and kitchen, living room and a bathroom shared with 3 other gilrs. i can send pictures to you if you are intrested. 475/mo includes heat, water, and cable. electricity, internet and phone are shared between four. the lease ends august 30, 2008
