House has 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, Eat-in Kitchen, Living Room, Family room, Large Laundry, Large storeroom w/ workbench, Swimming pool, rear deck, off street parking. The house is a bungalow style - with full basement. Everyone says the rate is a steal. The kitchen has a Maytag dishwasher and range hood included, there are high sloped ceilings throughout (except in bath), the bath is modern although rather small by today's standards. The tub is fully tiled. Bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are all ceramic tiled. The windows all have storm windows. The floors are newly refinished hardwood. The heat is a heat pump with oil backup. Our electric bill that includes the heat was only $125 for Sept, Oct, & Nov combined. The landlord is very nice and willing to fix anything. He spent quite a lot on the heat/air conditioning in October. Kitchen cabinets are like new. The walls throughout the house are newly painted. It's in a very quiet single family home neighborhood - the only rental in the entire area. The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
