Description:
a huge 3 1/2 in Montreal West NDG
$580/month (without a garage parking space) or $630/month (with the garage parking space).
Heating, hot water included. It has wood floors and new aluminum windows. The 3 1/2 also has a balcony!!!
You will be taking over my lease. We'll be doing a lease transfer. You have to have a SIN and a job for me to lease transfer the apartment to you as required by the law. :( The lease ends at the end of August. You can then renew the lease without any increase in rent (regulations as dictated by Regie du Logement du Quebec). The place is clean and I'm a non-smoker, and non-alcoholic. And the apartment comes unfurnished.
51 Buses stop right in front of the building and come every 10 minutes most of the day so that you'll never be late again!
There are the following buses to take you around:
* Bus 51 to Snowdon Metro, 10 minutes.
* Bus 51 to Concordia University Loyola Campus, 10 minutes.
* Bus 103 from Villa Maria Metro,7 minutes.
* Bus 66 to Guy/Concordia Metro, 25 minutes.
The apartment is close to all possible amenities. Besides the fact that bus stops are right in front of building (don't worry, it's not loud at night since 51 buses stop operating), you will be 7 minutes away from the Cote Saint Luc shopping mall where the banks, pharmacies and IGA are located. In addition, 7 minutes away (walking the opposite direction than to Cote Saint Luc mall), you will reach the grocery store METRO and a gas station Ultramar. And the shopping stripe of Somerled Avenue is also quite close and has many banks, florists, and whatever else that you need.
Even though the area doesn't look as classy as Mont Royal, it's also quite safe.
I'll be moving out on July 4, and so it will be available the evening of July 4 or morning of July 5 (don't worry, I will pro-rate the rent and make it fair).
don't remember if cats and dogs are acceptable. but i'm sure it's ok as long as you don't tell the landlord (since my neighbors are doing it. :P)
