Job Description – Associate
Approved Job Title: PropertyGuys.com Sales Associate
Reports To: Franchise Owner/Operator
Salary Range: Commission – Percentage of Full Service Package Sales. Performance incentives negotiable. Estimated Yearly earnings above average
General Description:
Prospect, cultivate and close your own leads and those we provide. Apply your sales experience to the PropertyGuys.com model. Provide excellence in customer care follow up. Build on existing connections within your community through networking.
Major Duties:
Generate sales leads, follow up and take calls from qualified leads, photograph homes to be listed on the PropertyGuys.com website. Deliver In Home Consultations to potential clients to educate on Private Sale. Present the PropertyGuys.com products and services. Complete listing agreements, advertising agreements, and privacy policy. Deliver welcome gifts and service existing clients with superior customer service. Monitor specified location for competitive activity and communicate to franchisee on a regular basis.

Job Requirements
1. Level of Education: Post Secondary Business Certificate, High School
2. Experience required: Minimum of three years sales experience Track record of proven sales success & Proven customer service background
3. Qualifications: a) Working exposure to: The PropertyGuys.com Affiliate Program with a minimum of 5 introductions closed b) Special skills and abilities: Experience in lead generation and cold calls
4. Travel Requirements Franchise Area: Own vehicle a must, the right candidate will earn travel expense account for gas expenses.
5. Hours of Work: Flexible, some evenings and few week-ends
