I am looking for a BACHELOR APT OR A LARGE BEDROOM. Must have fridge and stove and kitchen sink area in a PRIVATE HOME basement with private bathroom, with cable,heat,lights included..Wanted near new YMCA..Preferably between
Edmonton ave and Mountain Rd on either Brady, Belmont,or Derby; or AREA
TEREOF (same side of Vaughn Harvey blvd as YMCA). Must include clothes washer
& dryer access.. Quiet man works on Trinity dr & takes bus on mtn rd. daily.
Budget for apt $300 To $350..( I have my own bed, mattress , computer desk and
dresser )( can't afford anything fancy- as long as its clean.. IF you have something
available;I can be reached before 7 am OR after 9:45 pm ( I work shifts )
