We are a Calgary based company providing Women's Personal Safety and Self Defense courses. We also teach Street-Proofing courses for teens. Our programs teach participants to reduce risk through the completion of a personal safety plan. We also teach simple, effecitive and proven self defense concepts designed to allow you to escape from a dangerous situation.
Our unique training programs utilize the Padded Attacker to allow participants to practict full force and to learn how to fight throught the "freeze" response that occurs when our bodies are in "fight or flight" mode.
