Compensation: $9.25 - $11.75/hr

Details:
This national call-center company will be outsourcing nearly 20% of their current in-house positions to become remote call center agents who work from home. As a Remote Agent, you would work as an independent contractor. You would be scheduled to work 4-6 hour daily shifts, 3-5 days per week. There is a lot of flexibilty in hours, however once you choose your hours you must be logged onto the system to work your shift. The rate of pay starts at $9.25 per hour logged onto the system, and pay increases are available for performance, reliability, and shift differentials.



Calls will come into the main switch board, and will then be routed to remote-agents in their homes. When you answer a call, your computer screen will bring up an appropriate script and data entry screen that relates to the customer's reason for calling. Your computer must be connected to the internet. You will follow the script and enter the appropriate information for each call.



To begin, remote agents will handle calls coming in from people responding to customer service surveys that are included on reciepts for two major fast-food chains. As the program grows, additional types of calls will be routed to the remote agents.



Must have previous customer service experience. Must have high-speed internet, dependable computer. Should have previous call-center experience, and previous experience working from home preferred.
