Description:
We the Chef de Cuisine students at Liaison College Kitchener are proud to present our 5 course tasting menu for Friday, March 16th, 2018 @ 12:30pm. This is the last lunch provided by the class, as they are graduating on March 23rd, 2018.
The Menu includes: 1st course - Shooter of Duck Wonton with Duck Consommé
2nd course - Seafood Sausage with Pickled Vegetables
3rd course - Red Cabernet and Shallot Sorbet
4th course - Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Dauphine Potato, Brussel Sprouts and Bacon served with Red Onion Marmalade
5th course - Beet Chocolate Cake with Orange Panna Cotta and Dark Chocolate Shortbread
*The lunch also includes freshly baked bread for the table*
