The building is gorgeous with outdoor tennis court, an indoor heated POOL, saunas, and a brand new excersize room (no more expensive gym membership fees just work out and then hop in the pool).
The unit is open concept style and consists of tile/ceramic in kitchen and bathrooms and laminate flooring throughout living room and bedrooms - no carpet to vaccuum!!
The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes with 3 appliances all new fridge, ceramic top stove and dishwasher (all have 5 yr warranties). The unit also comes with some very nice and stylish window coverings!
The unit is located on the 3rd floor with a very LARGE balcony!
The unit is gas heat and has central air - nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. During wintertime the utilities are around $75 and during summer $35 per month
Laundry is located on the 2nd and 5th floor as well as others (but I've only ever used 2nd and 5th) the laundry rooms have been fully upgraded with BRAND NEW high effieciency washers and dryers.
All new carpet, paint and lighting has been put in the condos hallways. This is a very well kept building!!
