Description:
Tanzers are legendary for their classic design. Canadian-built, they are rugged, overdesigned boats suited for racing or cruising. They are supported by a strong active class association which still stocks original Tanzer parts. This is an immaculate boat suitable for both beginner and experienced sailors. It has been in one family since being delivered from the factory. It has been covered or stored inside every winter and is solid throughout. This boat has no osmosis or soft spots. The chainplates are solid and all hardware and equipment has been faithfully maintained.
This boat was sailed until November 2006 and is ready to sail away in the spring. It does not require any restorative work and rigging and electrical systems are fully functional. The owner has acquired a larger boat and is reluctantly selling this treasure.
