We are incorporated as a non-profit organization in Canada and are currently collecting donations for various projects. Our focus right now is on building a new school, and if you would like to know how you can help with this or other needs and be part of history in Cameroon's village of Meyenne .Please contact me for more info at sylviamcconnell@gmail.com
The village of Meyenne is in desperate need of a school. Currently there is a one room school house and the walls do not reach the ceiling. During the rainy season school is often cancelled.
The teachers teach six grades in one room with two blackboards.
The cost to build a two room school in Meyenne has been quoted at $9000.00 CDN. The goal has been divided into $25.00 "Bricks." Each brick donated builds a better school and brighter future for the students in Meyenne.
