About me…
I live on the top floor of the condo and am very friendly,outgoing and female. I am quite busy during the week with work, etc however enjoy hanging out and socializing when I am home. I do not smoke or do drugs but am a social drinker who definitely enjoys hanging with a cold "cocktail"(or two) on the patio. I like to keep a tidy place, but am not(too)obsessive.I am respectful of others,very approachable,& prefer straight forward and open communication.I encourage you to feel as though this is your home as well and make great effort to achieve this.

A mature,responsible FEMALE roommate to share my home with me.I would like someone who is also easy going,friendly and independent. You would respect your personal space & common areas in the home and take care/pride of it as your own. You would also need to be tidy, and willing to share in the "household" chores.
