I am a fun-loving, easy-going, quiet, and respectful 22 year old woman currently finishing off my final year at MacEwan. I am looking for 1 or 2 clean, responsible and honest and trustworthy roommates, preferably students or young professionals, to share ~1500sq.ft home with (anytime after October 1, 2007).
The house is BRAND NEW located in South Terwillegar close to the future Anthony Hendy, bus stops and less than a block away from a community park. It is 3km away from major amenities (grocery store, banks, and restaurants). The house itself has 3bedroom with 2 1/2 baths and includes upstairs laundry (front load), den, great room (with fireplace), kitchen, nook, and deck. Landscaping to be done in spring 2008, and garage pad hopefully to be done before winter.
Rent will include: All utilities, high-speed internet, cable tv, and parking. Bedroom furniture can be included upon request (free of charge)
I prefer female roommates, whom do not smoke, and have no pets. Please note: that each will get a private room, but must be willing to share bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, great room and den. References are required.
