Compensation: $8 - $15 /hr
Position Type: Home Based; PT
Details: This is a brand new home-employment opportunity. Work for this company that handles customer service for other companies.
As an at-home Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering company calls for 4-5 hour shifts, 3-6 days per week. Calls will be routed to you at your home office from the company's central phone system.
Each call is handled uniquely based on the reason for the caller. Calls will be sent to you for upto 5 different companies. When a call comes through, a******* will appear on your internet-connected computer that is specific to the caller.
With most calls, you will be taking customer information for a product purchase or membership enrollment. There is no selling on your part, all customers are responding to various TV or print ads.
Requirements: Must have home office, ability to answer calls while connected to internet. Internet connection should be high-speed. Previous customer service experience preferred.
