1. Drive Food Services Sales and frozen bakeries overall sales in the
central region.
2. Achieve sales target set for the Central Region.
3. Manage the sales Force and support to achieve their goals.
4. Ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
5. Communicate effectively with subordinates and peers.
6. Implement FS & FB strategic direction and adapt to the local market.
7. Forecasting and ensure stock availability.
8. Ability to work under pressure and take challenges.
