Processed fabric is also referred to as finished fabric. It is knitted or woven fabric which has been worked upon by using processes like dyeing and bleaching. It is ready to use fabric and can be used in the making of garments, apparel and home textiles. Processed fabric comprises of a printed fabrics that have exclusive features like a fine finish and smooth design. It is available in bright and fresh colours and provides long lasting finish quality. At Balavigna, we offer a wide range of finished fabrics which find application in various industry verticals.

Home textile linen products

At Balavigna, we have expanded our production capability to produce a complete range of Home Textiles Products such as Bed, Bath, Table and Kitchen linen. We manufacture 100% cotton, Poly cotton and Linen/Cotton. Our products include solid and yarn dyes in jacquards apart from the regular percale and satin. According to client specification we can also do embellishments, embroidery and printing on the home textiles.

Balavigna Weaving Mills Pvt. Ltd., occupies a spacious area of 85,000 sq.ft of land under a pillar less shed. Our infrastructure comprises warehouse, stores, quality control lab, modern warp tying machine and generator section for non stop production.

Our weaving house is equipped with high quality updated machines like Sulzer A9500, Sultex L5500, Dornier AWV8/s, Toyota Jat710, Rifa, Airjet Looms,Modern Sulzer P7100 projectile Shuttle less Dobby weaving machines capable of producing premium quality fabrics up to 365cms width in weaves like plain, Twill, Drill, Satin Gabardine, Oxford, Matty & all Dobby designs up to 20 shafts etc. according to market demand. All our looms are connected to online “Loom Data” monitoring systems.
