Mold air spore sampling only (two samples) and Limited inspection of area of concern. Letter report. $245 plus GST
Additional air or mold samples $75.00 each
I will perform an inspection for 15% less than the price any franchise has quoted you.
Thermal imaging, asbestos, allergen, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bacteria, sewage spills, microwave and EMF testing also provided.
