Description:
After giving birth to my second son in February I decided that once my doctor gave me the green light, it was time to lose weight once and for all. As a one time fitness instructor I know all too well what it takes to lose weight and keep it off...after having my first son I never took my own advice. I'm now on a journey and I'm a little over halfway there to regaining my pre-baby body and hopefully, even a little better! I also turned 40 this year so this has been a pivotal year for me. My personal weight loss blog details my workouts, my plan, my diet and more. It's a work in progress and so am I.
