Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a sales and field marketing solutions agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business.
We are currently recruiting for a Field Operations Manager with accountability for our Cosmetics and Hair Colour client, based out of Calgary.
In this role you will be accountable for the overall management of the field representatives in Western Canada and working exclusively with our client. Successful candidates will continue developing their personal abilities while building and growing different business opportunities. This is a great opportunity to combine and apply the different aspects of your past professional expertise in sales and management.
Reporting to the Senior Client Manager you will be accountable for the following:
Business Development and Field Operations
• Accountable for the seamless execution of all client programs.
• Ongoing planning and analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of territory design for the region
People Management
• Accountable for the onboarding, training and development of all Field Reps for the region.
Financial Management
• Accountable for the management and maintenance of regional budgets
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in a marketing or business focused major
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a professional sales and marketing position
• Ability to intuitively adjust presentation communication style and content to suit various audiences
• Enjoy a face paced, dynamic environment that is performance driven
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a team or sales environment where ongoing direction motivation, training and communication was required
• Possess experience managing several or more personnel who are in a sales / promotional / service type of role
• Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information and influence and persuade others through oral, as well as written, presentation and demonstrated listening skills
• Ability to travel, with overnight commitments as required
• Valid Drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a vehicle (remuneration includes business mileage and gas card)
