Description:
The Hong Kong owner of our townhouse wants to sell. We've been here for 5 years. We're looking for a 4 bedroom place to live OR a 3 bedroom with a finished basement. We'd like to sign a minimum 1 year lease with a landlord that doesn't plan on selling for a few years at least.
We're great tenants who keep a very clean home and a well-tended to yard and yes, we do have pets - two declawed and neutered, well-groomed cats. We'd like to stay in the Acadia or surrounding area so we can keep our 5 yr. old daughter in her school and near her friends.
