This fifth wheel is our baby. Everything works 100% and has been maintained by Fraser Way RV in Airdrie. Three solar panels on the roof solar control charger and dual 6 V batteries. Living room pop out. A single and a double bunk in the back. One queen sized mattress in the upper bedroom. Couch and table can also transform into beds. AC unit on the electrical and furnace on propane. Comes with two 45 pound propane bottles. There has never been a leak or any repairs done to the RV. The only thing missing on this RV is the awning.. It was never installed by the original owner. We have never had an awning since the day we have owned it. Washroom has bath and shower as well as toilet and sink. Kitchen has four burner stove and oven. Double compartment sink and a microwave. The fridge is a full-size fridge with a separate freezer. Three-way.. Double axle, also we have installed five brand new 10 ply tires for this sale. There is a 12 V TV DVD player in the bedroom but it can be relocated to the living room and plugged in to the stereo if you choose. There is loads of storage and the unit comes with the original colour matching bedspread and throw pillows. Fibreglass one piece of siding and one piece roof. Very durable. This is an immaculate trailer and requires nothing except for you to enjoy it with your family. If you buy our RV we will include the storage until June. We have already paid and we will simply transfer the access card to the storage lot over to your name. In June you can remove the fifth wheel or simply pay the storage yard to continue using the spot.. We love our trailer however our children have grown.
