I have 2 bedrooms on the main floor of my newer home for rent. One bedroom is the master and has a walk in closet, there is a seperate bathroom and a seperate living area. Kitchen and laundry shared. Damage and utilities negotiable. Close to deerfoot trail and all amenities. If one person rents this space I would charge $750.00/mo with full use of both bedrooms and if two seperate renters the rent would be $500/month. I am easy going and am looking to rent these rooms out ASAP.
